If there is a problem with your clean we will come back at no charge to you and clean the area of your concern except for pet spots or out of local area (trip charge would be applied). We have a $85.00 minimum, we have not had a price increase in 14 years which makes our loyal customers very comfortable. Our company can have references to a new customer in 24 hours. We offer free carpet estimates in our local area. Trip charges will be added for the following areas: Searcy, Carlisle, Keo, Conway, Alexander, Bryant, Benton, Ferndale, Roland and El Paso. Trip charges are depending on how far out can be $25.00 up to $50.00. Just ask our customer service representive and she will let you know exactly how much or if there is not charge. Our carpet cleaning method is warm water extraction with a dry time of 3-4 hours depending on the weather and time of year. The Packages we offer to clean carpet: Empty House: (without pets) 22 cents per sqft - Completely empty house. Maintenance Package: (without pets living in house) 32 cents per sqft - no moving any large furnishings only small fixtures. Foot stools, light weight coffee tables, ect. Value Package: (without pets living in house) 38 cents per sqft - moving all of the **furnishings and cleaning carpet underneath moving furniture back to original placement with styrafoam 1" thick tabs placed under furnishings. Gold Service Package: (without pets living in house) 47 cents per sqft - moving all of the **furnishings and cleaning carpet wiping down baseboards and hidden electical recepticals. Moving furniture back to original placement with styrafoam 1" thick tabs placed under furnishings. Note: **Our company does not move any furniture that has items on top or inside of the furnishing.
