"His work crew of two guys were excellent.  Between them they could do any job.  They are both perfectionists as well as Art is.  He wants to satisfy you as a customer, and he did.  Within eight days, he had our bathroom finished, cleaned up, ceiling popcorn removed, and a drop down finish done on the walls.  We had the idea that we should now remove the wallpaper from the bedroom walls and add wall board.  Art said, "let the guys put on the drop-down finish for you.  It will be more budget efficient than putting up new wall board and a lot less messy."  One of the subcontractors he hired poured a shower floor out of marble.  This was Art's idea.  It looks and feels so amazing.  Art always listened to us.  He gave us great advice.  He is an honest man

"Wonderful! He did not bother me, I offered him juice or cold water and he don't want any. The first time he came, he installed 17 handles and knobs on my new cabinet and finished that up job. Then he gonna do more but started raining at 3pm and he will come again on Saturday to finished some miscellaneous remaining home projects. He carried 4 heavy boxes for me downstairs He did install the toilet paper holder. He put a bracket for outdoor thermometer-clock. He did instruct me to buy a non slip skid strip for the bath tub instead using non slip chemical application and I thanked him for that."

Bathroom Fan Installation questions, answered by experts

In short, no. You can use the square footage range chart in this article to determine the right size ceiling fan for both indoor and outdoor spaces. However, weather elements can damage types of ceiling fans that aren't designed for outdoor use, so your ceiling fan should be weather-resistant if you plan to install it outside.

Your blower motor may make a loud sound if the bearings overheat or wear down as your system ages. You may also hear loud noises coming from your blower if it’s struggling to pull in air due to dirty or damaged ducts, closed or blocked vents, or a dirty air filter. Typically, this causes a loud whistling sound.

Ceiling fans are very often worth the investment because they improve comfort in your living space and help reduce utility bills. In the late spring and early fall—and even in the summer in some areas—homeowners with ceiling fans can often get away with open windows and fans, which can cut down on cooling bills and also reduce wear and tear on the HVAC system. Over time, ceiling fans can pay for themselves by saving you money on electric bills and air conditioner repair and maintenance.

When choosing a mounting bracket, you have the option between flush mounts and downrod mounts. Flush mounts are the better option for low ceilings as they feature a lower profile. Downrod mounts are the optimal choice for rooms with high ceilings as they offer a pole that adjusts the height of the fan.

It is unlikely that a ceiling fan will fall, even if it develops a wobble. During a proper installation, ceiling fans are securely bolted to a ceiling joist, and the fasteners used for mounting are generally separate from the components related to balancing. A wobble is typically caused by an imbalance, which can be annoying and may lead to other issues, but is not usually dangerous on its own.

However, if a fan is wobbling because it was not installed correctly, it could be at risk of falling. For safety, it's always a good idea to ensure all mounting screws are tight and to address any wobbling or imbalance issues promptly.
