They quickly replaced the broken parts and the repaired windows open and close with ease, like brand new windows. I am elated with the results and am having all the windows in my home repaired. They are all very courteous and professional and I highly recommend them to anyone that has window problems. I am still amazed at how easily my windows can be raised and lowered.
