Renovation went well. John was great at communicating, and I felt at ease with him and trusted him. There were some delays and a couple hiccups, but John was quick to fix them. We are looking at hiring him for more projects.

Skilled installation with special attention to details such as leveling and secure attachment. Any problems with materials,etc were discussed and given options and recommendations. Arrived each day when scheduled or texted if time would change.

They were on time very polite answered all my questions ( where I could understand ) cleaned up after job was completed. Johns crew even saw that I needed help in other areas I was working on at the time and helped me out without me asking ! I will always call them when I need work done !

I was very pleased with the work John and his team did. They were always on time, guided me through the entire process and gave recommendations when needed. They did everything to make me feel comfortable during a time that could have been very stressful. I have call them back for additional small projects and they always come back with a personality to match their excellent work. J&R entire staff (including receptionist bookeeper and carpenters )made my beautiful remodeled bathroom an experience I recommend to anyone.

John was great through out the process! We had a few surprise repairs come up. John has great contacts with electricians, plumbers, etc. He always showed up when he said he would and cleaned up at the end of each work day. I highly recommend him and will continue to use him for all my home projects!
