His communication skills are top notch and he kept me informed via text messaging of what was happening right up to the day of the repair. And he's always polite. The new pressure regulating valve turned out to be faulty and he quickly went back to the store and obtained a replacement valve. "My pro was Derrick. Derrick was the cleanest, most efficient installer that has ever entered my home. I generally don’t like strangers in my home for any reason. Derrick was the exception to the rule. The reason is that he didn’t just walk by me and be about his job, he actually spoke to my wife and me. He didn’t act as though he was doing us a favor. He took great patience in explaining our shower, the materials used and how to manage it. He is obviously very knowledgeable about installation because he ran into unexpected snags and handled them seamlessly! I really appreciated his professionalism and courtesy that he extended us. "Tom always arrived when he said he would, and he was finished working when he said he would be. He suggested very nice 16and quot; tile with a beautiful accent strip for the shower surround. The shower has a nice tile bench with rounded corners that are not sharp to sit on.
In addition, we asked Tom if he knew anyone who could fix a bedroom door that would not close, and he said he could fix it himself. He took the door of its hinges, shaved off the top, and remounted it. He did not charge us anything for that, even when we offered to pay."
