"I paid for an inspection (required upfront) in December. They didn't come out for an inspection for more than 3 weeks. The guys that came out were really nice and took a lot of pictures and told me about a few issues. Unfortunately, I have not received an inspection report or estimate with those photos and it's been almost 2 months since the inspection. I called them a couple times and was always told someone would call me back..I'm still waiting. I tried one last time today, after waiting a couple weeks, and no one answered. I wasted $250 and have nothing to show for it. I feel like I was scammed."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "We had to pay $500.00 to replace our dryer vent fan after they cleaned our vents. They insisted they had nothing to do with the problem they caused even though we had no problem prior to them cleaning the vent. Not an honest company. I am a very dissatisfied customer. "

"During the July storms, we had a tree fall on our home and did a lot of damage which opened up the access to our attic. We phoned Coopertown first thing before calling the contractors to ensure that any wildlife could not get into the attic. They immediately came out and made a plan to prevent any wildlife from coming inside the home and eradicate any possibility of them entering or staying in the attic. Alex Anderson, Certified Lead Technician, came and worked very hard during the hot weather to do what was needed to close up and resecure our home from any wildlife. Alex was very empathetic, friendly, and professional. He then returned after the new roof and fascia boards were installed to seal and reseal any possible areas that vermin might enter the attic space. The only thing was he did have a painter who was working for him who charged $500 to paint our kitchen island and they said it could not be matched. We had another painter guy who went to a different paint company and he was able to match it exactly and only charged us $200. Other than that, they were very good and we would use them again."
