On the day the work was to begin, he and his crew showed up promptly, did an extremely complete and careful job exactly as we had discussed. His crew was very careful and nice to work with. They cleaned up afterwards. I even had Sergio do some other tuckpointing around my house in addition to the chimney for an extra small fee since he and his crew were already there. So, I was pleasantly surprised, totally satisfied with all aspects of the work, and would use this company again and recommend the company without hesitation. His was not the least expensive estimate I had obtained, but the quality of the work done was well worth what I paid."

"It's a pretty decent system, I think. They send you the pieces and you install them yourself, which is pretty easy. The only real problem I have is that one sensor is too far away from the panel...or there's some interference, and they haven't been able to fix that. It's an interior door, so it's not the end of the world, just a little annoying. Their customer service is pretty good though. Nice, smart customer service people on the other end, very polite and helpful."

They were on time each day, very hard working and did an excellent job of tiling the shower and installing the glass and our new tub which required moving the drain in the slab. They removed all debris associated with the job. They were very courteous and efficient. Cash Edinger, co-owner of Paul's Tile, oversaw the project and did an excellent job of keeping me informed of each day's schedule. He followed up on the work each day and made sure everything was done correctly and that I was pleased with the work. All in all it was an excellent experience. I would recommend Paul's Tile to my friends if they needed similar work done. They also supplied an excellent drywall man for another project."
