"The move was professionally done. Members of the moving team were pleasant and informative. They carefully assessed the best way to get the piano in my house. Unfortunately, an accident occurred when moving the piano out of the seller's house, leaving some gashes in the wood along the front of the piano. I was not there and the seller did not see what happened, so have no idea why the damage occurred. The company was most gracious in giving me a reduced moving fee for the damage. This should help in covering costs to try to hide the wood damage."

"The movers were timely and well prepared (about 5-6 of them). They worked hard and stayed until the job finished at 10 pm. We had expected them to make several trips back and forth so that we could start moving things into the new home as they were moving things out at the other. Unfortunately that did not happen and made for a very long day for everyone as the fully loaded truck didn't arrive a the new house until 6 pm.
