In fact, quite often, if he found any tiny holes that were missed, he would go grab a tube of caulk and fix it on the spot! We had two goals: 1. Seal up our brick home to save on our heating and air conditioning costs, and 2. Seal up our home to keep the critters and bugs out of our house. The results? Along with a number of other energy-saving steps we have taken, our August electric bill has been reduced from $10 a day to $5 a day! Plus, the number of spiders and other bugs has dropped dramatically to the point where it's simply unusual to see insects in the home anymore. - Overhead Door Company of Springdale IncI called around 11 a.m. after I couldn't get the garage door to open and realized the sonic boom I'd heard the night before must have been the spring when it broke. They were able to send a someone out that afternoon (2 p.m.) to replace the spring. He also lubricated the garage door track so it doesn't squeak when opening and closing anymore. I am thrilled with the response time (I had to leave by 4:30 p.m. that day to teach a class). Their office staff was excellent at explaining the process: they called before the service person came out to make sure that was a good time for me - even though I'd just talked to them on the phone less than 3 hours earlier, they let me know approximately how much it would cost (trip charge and materials) and that I should pay the service person when he was finished. Their service person was professional (friendly but to the point - not too chit-chatty) and didn't dilly dally around wasting time. And I have to say, my garage door opens more quietly now than it did the day it was first installed. Great service

<strong>Their work is impeccable</strong>. They painted nearly all rooms in my home. Painting was very professional--lines on walls where paint was different colors was perfect. My house was tidied every day they were there working, all their supplies stacked neatly in garage. As they completed work the rooms were vacuumed & 'swiffered' to clean up dust. Never found drips of paint or a mess. No job was too small--they completed my 'honey do' list very well. I had a smaller scope of work when we started but added more work when I experienced the quality of what they delivered.

I've never done this kind of work before so really didn't have an organized plan or knew what I was getting into but they provided excellent guidance and LOVE the final product.
