Very bad customer service .. they confuse the client with so many phone numbers different names and not showing up

I feel that the technician did an excellent job. The technician answered any questions which I posed to him to my complete satisfaction, and explained to me all the costs involved in this repair service.

Purchased Angie's deal and they were able to come out two days later. Called before arriving at the scheduled appointment time. I will use the again if I need further work done to my garage door.

I have used this company 4 times in past 10 years.  They show up on time, do the work for a fair price and give me great advice.

He was very good.  He did the whole thing and he was quick and efficient.  Everything is an “A”.  I did not pay more than the $99 deal.  They came right on time and right on schedule.  I was very happy with him.  If you look at his reviews, there is nobody who said anything bad about him.  I would not hesitate to recommend him or to use him again.

He was very nice. He did not try to upsell me or charge me more money.

Our spring broke yesterday, late Sujnday afternoon.  I went to Angie's list in the evening, looked at the companies listed and picked one that mentioned springs and had an A rating.  I left email and phone messages.
At 8:15 Monday morning I got a call that a repairman would be available at 9:30.  At 9:15 the repairman called to say he would be running a little late but would be here by 10:30.  He arrived at 10:15.  He fixed the door and it works fine.

I loved dealing Steve Davies. He was very professional, he thoroughly explained the process, the breakdown of the work/price that was going to be performed. He and his crew showed up when they said they would. From beginning to the end, dealing with this company was easy and enjoyable.

This is the second time I have used Florida Garage Door. They are very responsive and came on time. We had hoped they could fix the existing door opener but there was something wrong with the circuit board so the unit had to be replaced.

Everything was done quickly and he left the garage clean of the old parts and packing material.

They came to fix our electric gate opener. They did a great job of replacing the motor. They came on time, completed the job quickly and I would recommend them.

If you have ever been stuck in your garage with a broken spring on your garage door, then you know the desperate situation. Our two door garage door is an older model and must weigh over 100lbs! Steve was very responsive, arrived when he said he would and convinced us to replace both springs, since both springs were over 10 years old. We followed his advice and replaced both springs to avoid another emergency situation in the coming future.

Driveway gate was maintenance was performed without incidence. Pedestrian gate repair of hinges took some time. Company missed several appts to return to make repair (hinges had to be ordered/purchased). Once scheduled, repairman had issues alligning/installing hinges w/gate. Several attempts were made. Final adjustments were made to adjacent post to accomodate proper closure of gate. This had to be rigged by adjusting plate and inserting narrow bolts for spacing. Very happy with gate maintenance performed and services provided. Replacement of hinges on pedestrian gate are not the greatest but suffice.

It went great. They answered the phone the first time I called and came by to investigate the problem the same day I called. Once I called them let them know I wanted to go ahead with the work they scheduled the repair for the next day, which was a Saturday. They actually showed up about 10-15 minutes early. They did a great job, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them based on this first experience.

THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. WHEN THEY BUILT THE PLATFORM FOR THE DOOR OPENER TO SIT ON, THEY USED WOOD INSTEAD OF METAL BANDING WHICH MAKES THE DOOR OPENER MUCH QUIETER.

THIS WAS AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE RELIABLE. THEY WERE ALWAYS PREPARED. THEY GOT THE SPRINGS FIXED RIGHT AWAY. THEY HONORED THEIR WARRANTY, SO IT COST US CLOSE TO NOTHING.
