OVERPRICED materials. In researching, torsion spring and cable replacement for a double roll-up garage door cost estimate ranges $200-$500 for materials & installation. Our total price $796. We were satisfied with the technician's work & the turnaround time. However, the repair written estimate was not presented until the work was completed. We ARE NOT satisfied with the overall cost of materials & have requested a call back to redress the situation with Patrick Behrens.

Quick response. Excellent customer service. Same day visit to measure and give quote. Not cheap, but good quality products and experienced installers.

Very professional. when the job was completed he went over everything that had been done and what was needed to maintain things in the future.

Excellent work. They arrived and got with it. No wasted time. Cleaned up after themselves, even sweeping the garage when they finished. I am most impressed.

This crew showed up on time, told me what they were going to do, how long it might take, and then went to work. They were friendly, and answered my questions. It was a very professional crew, and they got the job done.

I initially had Anthony Birge come to my house to give me a quote. He did a super job and get me the best price I could find! He was great and explained everything up front and answered all my questions. On the day of installation, Wes Smith arrived with my new garage door and had to do a lot of adjustments due to the age of my old garage door (at least 30 years old). The end results was a Super Great Job!! Both of my technicians where very professional and friendly and I couldn't be more happy with the end results. This project took special talents. Andrew Sexton had that plus more. Looked like two exact same size, but nope. Not enough clearance from door opening to 2x4's. Andrew didn't back down. He knows his job and knows it very good. Give this man a pay raise as my wife said out loud , after all said and done. Now if you want to try someone else. Remember call precision to do it right. Service was excellent. Trenton had to climb through window of detached garage without separate entry to resolve problem with door that stopped working. My opener was very old and he explained that new openers have battery back up, which would help me avoid same problem in the future. I decided to get new one installed with lifetime warranty.

Jaden Mayor was our Technician. He was friendly, professional, and gave us very helpful information on how to take care of our garage door. He was on time!!! Would highly recommend Precision Door Service!!!

They were dishonest and tried selling me a motor when I did not need one.

Michael came out and put in garage door and a new panel with windows and put new motor in and I love it . Michael was so polite and answered all my questions and explained every thing to me very well and it was very quick service and also Kerry the lady in the office was so nice and helped me with figuring out what I needed and I would recommend precision door if you want great service and extremely nice people!

Justin Peterson was the technician that came to check out my door on a Sunday!!. He was very nice and informative. He inspected the whole door and we ended up buying a new door due to roller bearings were bad and door was bent. Hey walked me thru the process and it was a breeze!! He then replace the broken spring. And I am able to use the door until the new one arrives. Dang COVID!! Anyway I would recommend this company for any garage door work. If you can ask for Justin in the NWA area!!!!

Trenton arrive on time after verifying his arrival time with a picture for identification. He explained things in detail and was very knowledgeable about the product. He went above and beyond to provide me with a safe fix to my old door while I await a new door.
