"Overdue THANK YOU to Daniell Heat & Air for their wonderful services and installation of my brand new Bosch HVAC unit after mine went out during a hot, hot, hot run of weather. Cole Lair was my project manager and he was phenomenal. Extremely knowledgeable, prompt, polite, respectful, and helpful. Spent an entire day troubleshooting and evaluating my current system and gave me multiple options, as well as the pros and cons of each. Since my existing system was 25% beyond its average life expectancy, I decided not to put a bunch of money into it and to go with an entirely new system. Wes Seymour and Richard Solorzano formed the core of my installation crew and they went way above and beyond to get myself, my houseguests, and my dying elderly Golden Retriever, Butter, some cool air in the house. The main day of the installation, these stalwart master technicians worked from 9am to 11pm to put in the new system in a HOT attic and outside. The company even sent a courier to Ft. Smith, 3+ hours away, to obtain a needed part that was not available locally! Shannon at their office was also another shining example of the quality of this company - so attentive, helpful, and thorough in assisting me with financing. I made front and back end slings out of sheets and Wes and Richard carried Butter back up the stairs and into the kitchen for me. They were so gentle and helped me get Butter back settled on his bed in the kitchen... tears then and tears now as I recount their kindness to me and my beloved canine companion. Since your boiler keeps you warm and provides hot water to your home, you’re likely to notice issues with heating in your living space right away. The most obvious sign that your boiler is breaking is not getting any heat or hot water. You might also hear some odd sounds coming from your boiler during operation, the flame in your gas boiler is not blue, the pressure is inconsistent, or your boiler is using more energy than it should. If you notice any of these signs, be sure to call a pro right away.

Both hydronic and electric hydronic heaters usually come with a higher price tag up front, but you can save more on energy costs over time compared to standard heaters. They also provide heat for a short time after the heater is actually turned off, making them more efficient. Additionally, standard convection heaters use electric coils to heat up the air, whereas hydronic heaters warm up water or oil which then heats the air.

Not every type of baseboard heater needs to be bled. Hydronic baseboard heaters need to have air removed at least occasionally, but electric or gas versions that don’t use water at all don’t need to be bled. There are no pipes or valves on these models to worry about, nor any central boiler. Instead, they use heating elements or other methods to supply direct heat to a room.
