After the fix, I couldn't see where the window had been repaired (a good thing). There was never any mess left inside or outside of the car. The technician who came to our home was prompt and finished the job quickly. Glass Doctor even filed the insurance for us. All in all, we had a good experience with Glass Doctor and would use them again.

We highly recommend Glass Doctor---------This is our second time using "Glass Doctor" and each time it was easy to schedule----phone answered by a real person, very efficient ---took information and called back with price and schedule time ---at our convenience---within the hour. Both times was done within 72hours of our request. Eve before scheduled representative called to confirm. Day of the installer called when on his way to alert us of his arrival and he was there as scheduled. He was finished in 30"-45" Neat, well mannered efficient and did give us option of fixing damage rather than replacement if we wanted. Clean up after installation and done at my home---didn't have to leave home!! Price was fair and with work guarantee.

The work done by Glass Doctors was terrible. Glass Doctors managed to break the wooden sashes of the windows they worked on and then re-installed the sashes improperly. They scratched the new faucets when installing one of the plate glass mirrors and, when the mirror chipped as a result of hitting the faucet, they installed the chipped mirror anyway. Basically, everything that Glass Doctors touched in our home, they made worse. The reason the cost of the job was only $500 is because that represents the initial 50% deposit. I refused to allow Glass Doctors to finish the job on the remaining two windows because they had so badly damaged the first two they worked on. I therefore did not pay for the remaining two windows since they were not repaired.

We have had consistently poor quality in home repair performed since we moved to Arkansas. The quality of workmanship here is simply nowhere near the standards of other places in the country. Still, even given this generally poor quality, Glass Doctor stands out as PARTICULARLY horrible. The workers destroyed every wood window frame of the window units they worked on. I now will have to replace the entire window unit for the windows they worked on. When they installed the plate glass mirror behind the bathroom sink, they scratched the brand new $600 faucet I just had installed, and chipped the mirror. They installed it with the chip anyway. In short, Glass Doctors managed to destroy everything they touched in our home. Run, don't walk, from this company.

I have used Glass Doctor in the past, so I knew I was going to a company that I could trust to do the job right. They did a great job this time too. They are just a nice company to work with.
