The work was done nicely -- until it wasn't! We last saw Nick the last week of October, and he was going to finish our project in the next couple of weeks. It is now April, and we haven't heard from him, he hasn't responded to text messages, voice mail, or answer calls! I'd love to rate his work higher, and I will be glad to if he ever finishes it!

He was terrific. He started on time and finished quickly snd his charge was fair. I’m now having him repair my other houses’ deck and stairs.

I was new to Hot springs Village had just bought a house and was wondering who I could get for projects I wanted done. I was lucky enough to find Nick. I asked him to do ceiling fans, door repair,My patio decking and some bush removal as well as planting a Japanese Maple That my father gave me the year before he passed away. I carted it all the way from Texas. Every project was done on time with quality work, more than professional and at the price given. Nanny & Son construction are a real blessing. 10+ rating.

I was particularly impressed with his attention to detail and integrity. After completing the job, he called and advised that he wasnâ t satisfied with the outcome of one portion of the job (we had no problem with it) and came back early the next day to make the correction. We wonâ t hesitate to hire Nick again for any other repairs or enhancements to our home.

Met with them and went through what needed to be done to correct our Deck that wasn t correctly completed when Home was built. Did exactly everything they said they would do and actually got us completed earlier than was expecting. Great work ethics, on time and was here when they said they would be!! Nick did not repair my boat dock. He did replace all of my old rotten timbers along the lake and home.

Nick was very professional and a hard worker. He assembled our bar stools in a very timely manner. He also fixed our bathroom pocket door which hadn't worked for five years.
