They were real nice and reasonable. We found them on Groupon. But they couldn't find anything else, and anything else they had to tear down we didn't think was worth it. Everybody was real nice.

I have gone there when I used to live here and then when I came back I went there. It's been so long and I have had so many cars. They do transmission work, they do everything. They've always been good. They know me and they take care of me. They don't make me wait. They always give me a reasonable price. I am always satisfied. They also give me a ride home, which is something most dealers wont do unless you go to Lexus or BMW or something and they give you a car.

I can't really recall what it was for and it was a different car at the time. I took my car there probably 20 times between 2002 and 2012. That is why I moved to Knoxville. I have had several cars over the years and whenever there is something wrong they fix it right away. They have always been very reasonable. Before I ever used them I did some price comparison. I may have even gotten them off of Angie's List even.

The best place in Memphis. They were very reasonably priced. I went to the Bartlet location so I assume they have the same quality service as the other one. It's the same owner. Their prices are very reasonable. They actually drove me home and picked me up. They were very quick. That's the only place I will go. They're not going to rip you off and they're not going to fix what's not broken. They're reasonably priced, and they guarantee their work.

  • repaired car as requested
  • went above and beyond in trying to diagnose a problem (just a noise the car was making). when they couldn't find it, they didn't charge even though they tried for several days.

Completely happy. Friendly service. Courtesy shuttle and transported by the owner. I wanted the leak found and fixed, alignment, steering wheel was too loose, and tires rotated. They washed the entire undercarriage to find the leak. Said it was the pump. Fixed it next day.

CHRISTIAN  BROTHERS ARE GREAT.  I'VE BEEN GOING TOTHEM FOR ABOUT 4 YEARS NOW.  THEY ARE VERY HONEST POLITE AND DO A GREAT JOB.  WHAT THEY PUT ON YOUR PAPER WORK  ANDTHE TOTAL  IS WHAT THEY CHARGE YOU NEVER MORE.FRIST TIMEI WENT THEY PUH I LIK ON A PAR INEEDED  AND DIDNT CHARGEME BECAUSE IT WASN'T ON THE PAPERWORK. WORK.  WORK IS ALWAYS DONE ON TIME AND THEY STICK BEHIND THIER GUARENTEE.  I DONT GO ANYWHERE BUT TO CHRISTIAN  BROTHERS.  THEY WILL LET ME KNOW WEN MY SUV IS DO FOR ANYMAINTENCE  WHICH I LIKE  SOI DONT HAVE TO TRY AND KEEP TRACKOF IT.

That's who I use for my normal so every 3,000 miles.  I use a coupon.  What I like best about them is they do a good job but I have coupons for $20 off and I bought a bunch of coupons at a charity event so I have been going there for about a  year still using my coupons.  They honor them without any problems.  Awesome, it's an oil change.  If they forget to put the plug in or something, there is not a lot of ways to mess up.

Shop promptly assisted my son whose car was pulling sharply to one side.  Another shop had told my college son he needed a whole new front end and alignment with a price tag of approx. $1800.  Car had new tires on it that had just been rotated.  The folks at Christian Brothers put the car on a lift and told my son that yes his older car had some wear, but that wear was not responsible for his current problem, ie...a new front end would not fix his problem.  They correctly postulated that he had a tire with a bad belt.  (The tires were later rotated back to their original positions and the problem went away).  Not only did they discuss this with my son, they also called me at his request to discuss this with me.  My opinion?  If I lived local they'd have all my business for life.  If my son has any other car issues he is going to them.

Needed my mother-in-law's brakes repaired, which I knew the amount of repair would be extensive considering it was an older vehicle, and my mother-in-law did not keep up with the regular maintenance. A complete brake job was done. I felt the price was reasonable, and the service was very prompt and friendly. So far, no issues since the repair.

Excellent service like usual. I have always called/showed up with last minute repairs when my family and I can hardly spare a car. Christian bros dropped me off, provided their inspection and diagnosis within 3 hours (Dodge Ram "Death wobble") and gave me a quote. I requested to the shocks be changed and my ac serviced as well. The next morning, first thing, they came to my house and picked me up. Overall, service was terrific. Price was a little high, but I don't mind paying a little more for great customer service and peace of mind! Highly recommended!

They checked EVERYTHING as promised from top to bottom and did a test drive to listen for any unusual noises or sounds that shouldn't exist. They found nothing wrong and told me that I purchased and got a GREAT deal on my used vehicle for what I paid! They didn't charge me ANYTHING for doing the diagnostic test! They are by far... THE BEST automotive service that I've ever dealt with! They are honest, prompt, friendly and their work is great as well as their fees, because as the saying goes... you get what you pay for. In my opinion, if you expect to get great service on your vehicle with the BEST, then go to Christian Brother's because they PASSED my test :-)! I WOULD GLADLY SEND MY FRIEND'S AND FAMILY TO THEM!
