"When you meet the President, Matt B. you immediately know this is a decent guy. He will not try to talk you into anything, especially something expensive. He will explain your options and he will help you see pros and cons, but never pushes you toward a particular thing or "upgrade." He's extremely responsive. He follows up on the job, even after it's completed, to make sure everything went well and the area is clean of debris. The crew is conscientious and respectful.
