They were very helpful with my indecisive self on picking out colors and they turned out beautiful!!! The 15 year old gym set on which they replaced any old wood and painted to blend yet contrast with the colors on the house looks amazing and brand new!!! They also replaced pieces of wood on the house snd porch that needed replacing. I have NO complaints only praise for this company. Mark is very detailed oriented and committed to quality work. We got 6-7 quotes which were all over the place. B & B Residential ServicesAs always, Joel and his crew did outstanding work. Pricing was perfect for us - we weren't expecting to be able to put in the screened porch yet. The crews that came out to work not only did fantastic work, but were courteous and aware anytime they needed to move their vehicles for one of us to leave the house for any reason. Good, friendly communication. Good resolution of any miscommunications. I'm not a carpenter or a roofer or an electrician or a plumber, but all of their work is solid. Joel is a quick to come out for a quote and very knowledgeable. And he's also saved us a buck or two when he could. I also loved finding out this time that he sources materials locally from smaller businesses. I already trusted him and his work, and that was just icing on the cake, so to speak. Anyone who's seen it has loved it. We've been approached by a neighbor asking about the work because they watched it go up. My uncle, who worked with Sears for 40+ years in their repairs department is very hard to please, and he practically gushed about the handiwork. Matt, along with one of his managers Chase, was responsive to all our questions before starting the job. At first, I was put off by the upfront payment (100% Materials and 50% Labor even before material is ordered), but in the end it was a non-issue. The finished look and professionalism on site and "doing what he said he would do" was 100% satisfaction. His pricing was competitive, using high quality products all around. We did not have a roofing or gutter emergency, but flush with Uncle Sam cash, decided this was a good time to replace the 16 year old, leaky-in-spots, 3-tab roof which 3 companies agreed had a couple years left. I'm extremely skeptical - to the point I have lost contractors and a realtor who get tired of my doubts and drilling, but Matt was glad to speak on behalf of his company and the crews he uses. Ultimately, we'll have to see what happens if there is a problem in the next 10 years (workmanship) or 50 years (shingles), but until he gives me reason to doubt, I give Prime Management the Gold Star. We'll likely hit them up for bathroom remodeling down the road
