Company was easy to work with. Competitive prices and a perfect job. Installation was clean and professional. Everything is secure and holding up nicely. I found them thru Home Depot. I have used Home Depot contractors for fence, front door install and shed building and have always had good results. I definitely recommend this company.

Everything seemed to be going fine until installation. The install occurred during the rain and was done as quickly as possible. Many of the arches are not uniform such that it looks like my fence is rolling down a hill in some places. Someone came out to look, then they asked for pictures. I complied with every request and then never heard anything from them again.

I contacted Mark about coming out to do an estimate. On the day of the appointment, he was running slightly behind and he actually called me to tell me that he would be 15-20 minutes late. This in itself is a rarity! When it came time to install the fence, I asked if they could scale back the job a bit. Mark was very accommodating even though this meant fewer $$ for him in the short run. The young men who showed up to do the installation were very polite and professional. The work went off without a hitch for the most part; there was a minor miscommunication/lack of communication between Mark and the site work regarding the way I had asked for the fence to be installed -- I explained that to the site supervisor, and he told me that their goal was my satisfaction and that he would work with me in every way possible. I am happy with the fence and the way it looks. It is my intention to use Olympic Fence again in the near future to install approximately 100' more of privacy fence on my property.

Working with Olympic was great. They gave me an instant estimate and were able to begin work early. It took just two days to rip out the old, chain link fence and install the custom privacy fence. The team was great...friendly and hard working. I'm VERY pleased with our fence!

I checked with 2 companies found on Angie's List. Felt comfortable with both, but Olympic's price suited our budget better due to some other upcoming expenses. I'm not sure if the price was excellent, good, or fair (see above) as I'm not familiar with how this type of work is priced, but we feel we got good value for our dollar. Another reason we chose Olympic was Mark's responses to some of the Angie's List reviewers showing appreciation for the positive and less than positive responses. We wish he could have started sooner, but Mark gave us the date he could do the work and arrived on that date. He was very accessible when I needed to ask him questions along the way. Eric, the crew leader/foreman, was very helpful and gave several helpful suggestions as different questions came up. He gave attention to details that I haven't seen much from companies that offer installation services. The fence looks great and we're quite pleased with what Mark and the guys did. Well done!

Had to recall the crew to rework some shoddy work. They did come back & fix the issues.

Lack of attention to detail the main problem. Fence looks good, but was not aligned with existing fence properly.

Mark at Olympic Fence did a fantastic job from start to finish. He met us at the house to survey and provide an estimate for the job. His estimate was timely, through, and fairly priced. After requesting the job, he met us again to collect a deposit and review the final work orders. The job was begun and completed less than a week from the time we paid our deposit. He and his team paid extra special attention to installing the fence low enough to the ground to safely keep our small dogs inside the fence, including adding extra connectors from the fence to the tension wire at the bottom of the fence. We are throughly satisfied and highly recommend Mark and Olympic Fence.
