South gate built a fence for us 5-6 years ago and it was great. A contractor ran into our driveway gate this summer and smashed it. I hired South gate to replace the gate and the first gate they put up wouldn't open either way. No problem, I asked for a second gate, in the shape of a rectangle, like the first one, but they delivered a second remade gate with the same issue, and it only opens one way in the driveway. I have called many times asking the gate be sawed off at the bottom so that it can open both ways and no reply. Also the endcaps are missing from the gate, asked about that too but no reply.

They were very accommodating. I missed first email requesting deposit so they could put me on schedule. My dog was still being boarded when we moved in, and Daniel was still able to keep me in schedule and finish privacy fence so I could get the pup home. Dave was the crew leader and did quality work, as well as being very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend.

I Contacted several companies. I made an appointment with South Gate and another company for two weeks later. The other company was a no show-no call but Bobbie showed up right on time. I had a quote the next day and an installation date of 5 weeks and they met that date. Great experience overall,,
