Pender's Landscaping & Irrigation

After consulting with several companies about our backyard drainage, we made the right choice with Pender's. They did a great job making sure we found the best solution to keep the rain water draining away from our home. Communication was excellent which is hard to find. And once the rain halted long enough for them to begin, they stayed on the job to get it done as quickly as possible. They were upfront about pricing so we were prepared and able to make decisions. Overall not a single complaint... thank you!!!

Phillip contacted me right away and arranged a visit. I showed him a sketch of a retaining wall with an inclined walkway to the lower back yard and an extension of the driveway by 14 feet using the wall as a base. He gave me a detailed estimate and explained what extra costs could arise, although none did. The workers were on time, worked diligently every day and were very professional. They built the wall exactly as I envisioned it and landscaped the back yard with sod and rock to control the flow of water through the yard, which had been causing erosion to the point that we could not use it. Now our back yard is more beautiful than it has ever been in the 30 years we have lived here.
