They texted a confirmation message confirming the date. The morning of the appointment, the technician sent a text letting us know that he was on his way. He arrived right on time. He was friendly, professional, accommodating, and provided all the information I needed to decide on the repair. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly. We talked for several minutes about various options available. Since the washer is old, we decided to skip the repair and will purchase a new one. We paid the standard service fee.
