Customer service was very nice and answered all of my questions that I had, On the day of my appointment the tech's called me when they were on there way and they were on time. They were very nice and professional. They started work and it did not take long to complete. They cleaned up. They asked me if I had any questions. I will be using them again. I was very pleased.

Outstanding in all regards! They called immediately after project advertised. Some vendors took 2 days to respond, or didn't respond at all. Roger and his crew were truly exceptional, professional, and accommodating. They completed the project in a timely and commendable manner. They quoted $325 for the estimate, but completed the job for $252. That's after I had agreed to the estimate. It is rare indeed to find this kind of honesty anymore! I highly recommend George for all your plumbing needs.

They show up when they say they will and know their stuff. I used them to do plumbing inspection on houses I was thinking about buying. They caught serious construction defects in the main sewer line on two of the houses I was looking at and was able to avoid a lot of headache in having to repair stuff that was broken.

By using a video camera the technician was able to determine that the blockage in the sewer occurred under the road and off our property line. George Plumbing then notified the appropriate city department office so that repairs could be made.

The pipe was successfully (and quickly) repaired.

Excellent! Roger and Chris arrived less than 4 hours after we called the office. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Then Roger explained what they found and provided some suggestions in case it happens again. To make the experience even better, they gave me a 10% Angies List discount.

Thorough and careful. They eliminated what I thought to be the source of a leak I had in the bathroom...a leaking valve stem that I could not get to. They suggested a possible source which led me to eventually fix the leak.

They did a wonderful job. Very professional and responsive. I will definitely use them again.

Great company and people to work with. They were thorough and very professional. We added the hot water heater at the last minute and they were able to fit it into the original service call. They kept us informed of everything and explained all work as they went. We were very pleased with not only the company, but the workers and their professionalism.

They did run a snake through to the outside septic line. But to do that they removed the toilet. The resulting mess resulted in the following response from my wife: "very unhappy that streaks of mess were left across our hardwood floor when the toilet was removed. It is inexcusable that a piece of plastic could not have been put down to avoid having mess and germs and bacteria deposited all over the floor. If you had asked, we could have either provided plastic or a rug that could have later been washed. " Not a great after math to find when they leave. And they had no clue on what the issue might be or how to figure it out. Their optical snake was three feet long and they only stuck it in at the toilet end. So we can expect to need a plumber again in a few months.
