"The technician came to the house for about 5-10 minutes with no tools, tilted the washer for a second and said it was broke and was a total loss. She wrote out a very descriptive diagnostic sheet stating “tub issues” collected the service fee and was on her way. She didn’t even slide the dryer back into place the way she found it. I donated $85 bucks and was no closer to having my washer repaired."
