"I had just purchased an Angie's list coupon during the Holiday for Keith's Plumbing. The issue kept getting worse so I wanted someone to help as soon as possible. I called early Monday morning after the Holiday weekend. I talked to the receptionist, described the situation, and she said she'd have someone call me within an hour. Before the hour was out, I received a call from Wes. I described the problem and he gave some possible reasons but send he'd send out a technician as soon as he could and he'd call back within an hour or so to let me know. Before the hour was up, he called and said he'd have someone to the house between noon and 2 PM. Before noon, I received a call from the technician (Bobby and Joey) saying he was leaving a job and would be at my house in about 30 minutes...and he was! He assessed the situation and determined it was the pressure valve which was over 25 years old. He also suggested something for the water heater which is also over 25 years old. I told him to do both things and he got them done professionally within 2 hours. We checked everything out and everything is in good working order again. There responsiveness and communication were exceptional and the work was done efficiently and professionally. I was very pleased with the entire process and I believe the pricing was fair."

He also provided a great deal of needed information. After finishing the job, he informed me of a rebate that i would be getting...what a nice surprise! He does a great job educating on how the water is coming into your crawlspace (or at least in my case it was a crawl space job), and he provides a set of solutions to help remedy the situation on a tier basis. Both he and the crew provide helpful videos pre-, during, and post-installation. Recently (as the project was completed months ago), my sump pump began making strange noises that you could feel through the floorboards, and I sent a message to Phillip that evening in an attempt to determine if this was a serious issue. He was quick to respond and informed me a crew would be out to take a look the house the next day (this was on a Saturday). At the end of the weekend I wrote him back to check on the prognosis, and I learned they had already replaced the pump as it was under warranty. Not just a sell and never see again businessman...I can appreciate that."
