Anthony was the individual who came out and did the work. I must admit he was VERY professional. That alone went a long way with me. Clean cut ,his communication was very on point he was thorough on the options of clean and he was timely. I had never heard of this company until now but I must say I was very satisfied with the finished product."

Took pictures of the interior of my dryer vent before and after cleaning and showed me his work. Cleaned up thoroughly after he was finished. Very polite. Quick work, but not sloppy at all. "Today, 10/13/2022 I had The Mad Hatter come out to do a fireplace inspection & cleaning. They sent Mr. Terry Hill out. He was on time, very professional. He answered any questions I had and he cleaned up after himself. The fireplace was in bad need of cleaning and after he was done, it was beautifully cleaned and ready for winter. "Everything went super , from prompt arrival on schedule to the service performed ..   did a fantastic job with cleaning the outdoor unit and a minor repair to some wires, matt went over some basics on the units functions , checked the refrigerants levels and everything checked out OK with no additional needs, asked for a quote on upgrading the current system to a heat pump and got a quote in minutes with the replacement and some minor duct repair ....  overall a super company and team ...   will call them again on any of my heating and a/c needs in the future ...."
