"Doubled the size of our kitchen which included additional flooring and roof systems, structural modifications, and complete interior remodel. Spent a lot of time watching and working alongside his guys and subcontractors. They all worked hard to do things right, make adjustments as needed, and make sure I was happy with the build and finished product. There were a few delays due to unexpected findings and general market demands due to the pandemic. But Johnny worked hard to keep us on schedule and his subs on track. Very pleased with the final product and looking forward to enjoying our new space with family and friends for many years to come."

"The subcontractors from Home Maintenance Associates Inc. Company did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the quality of their craftsmanship. They did very good carpentry work. They had to work about 20 feet off the ground in order to build the scaffold; it was a difficult project. They did a very good job with that. They were pricey though. I had some twenty estimates as it was a difficult deck to build since it was high off the ground. However, I was not impressed with them as I was with Home Maintenance Associates Inc. Company. I decided to go with them because I felt that they had the experience to do the job. I felt that I just ended up paying for that experience. They showed me lots of pictures of the decks they had built in the past. That convinced me more that they can do the job and they did. My experience with scheduling them and everything else went very well. However, they were working on other jobs on the same time so they were delayed a couple of times. It wasn't an issue with me because I wasn't in any rush. I also knew that if I had an issue with the delay they would have given preference to my job. The final deck looks very good. However, the wood is withering pretty quickly, but I can't blame them for it because they just chose what was available. I would use them again in the future."

"Prime Management completed our kitchen remodel a few weeks ago, and we love it! We had to wait several months for the start of the project, but once they began work, everything moved very quickly. The project stayed on schedule the whole time, even with some additional repair work we requested along the way. Matt did high quality work, communicated well, and managed all of the subcontractors very effectively. They finished on time and on budget, and we experienced minimal disruption to our home throughout the whole project. We are thrilled with the result and highly recommend Prime Management."
