The technicians were extremely friendly and were fantastic at explaining everything they were doing, and taking note at my concerns of existing stains. They were also very sweet to my son and wished him a happy birthday (he just turned 2) and were playing along when he showed them his toys. They were ahead of schedule so they called and confirmed that it was okay that they arrived early. They got the job done fast and the results are amazing. I am so impressed with my carpets and amazed at the appearance of them. They look better than I’ve ever seen them. Like brand new! My whole house smells fantastic, as well. "James was great. Gave me a twenty minute heads up that he was on his way and arrived promptly. He handed me a business card and got to work, explaining exactly what he was doing and why. Took pictures of the interior of my dryer vent before and after cleaning and showed me his work. Cleaned up thoroughly after he was finished. Very polite. Quick work, but not sloppy at all. Highly recommend."

"Today, 10/13/2022 I had The Mad Hatter come out to do a fireplace inspection & cleaning. They sent Mr. Terry Hill out. He was on time, very professional. He answered any questions I had and he cleaned up after himself. The fireplace was in bad need of cleaning and after he was done, it was beautifully cleaned and ready for winter. Mr. Terry has got to be hands down the nicest technician I have ever hired for ANY job. I will be using them for sure in the future and I appreciate his hard work, honesty and cleanness. "I had a great-experience today with the removal and installation of our new Chimney kit. Billy and Christian were the installation guys that showed up promptly at schedule time. For a two man team, they worked swiftly. Since they had to remove my old Chimney kit then install the new kit which was over three stories high I thought it'd take all day but they were extremely clean & professional. This team explained the entire process from start to finish. I'd recommend this company to anyone! They were so professional that the whole neighborhood came out to watch them work. If you go elsewhere it’s your own fault!"

"Everything went super , from prompt arrival on schedule to the service performed ..   did a fantastic job with cleaning the outdoor unit and a minor repair to some wires, matt went over some basics on the units functions , checked the refrigerants levels and everything checked out OK with no additional needs, asked for a quote on upgrading the current system to a heat pump and got a quote in minutes with the replacement and some minor duct repair ....  overall a super company and team ...   will call them again on any of my heating and a/c needs in the future ...."
