Everything went great. Lincoln and his crew were very professional. They explained the process step by step. I would definitely refer them to others and hire them for additional services if needed.

  • Sanford & Assoc
David Sanford and his crew were great to work with! We could not have hired a better group to do the work we needed done. They built a roof over our two story porch. They removed all the old vinyl siding; replaced rotten wood; wrapped the entire house with weather proofing (which there was none under the old siding); they hung all new vinyl siding. They were so easy to work with and even added a shed roof over the side of our house where our driveway is! This was not part of the original deal but they were glad to do it and it looks amazing

  • Service Contracting, LLC
Service Contracting, LLC is a company that does what they say they will do. They came out, surveyed the issue, and returned with an estimate. When they arrived to assess the problem, they brought me a copy of their license and reviews from other customers with references. When they wrote up the estimate, they called me and scheduled an appointment to review the estimate with me. They were very punctual. The job was tedious. It involved crawling under the house each day. They repaired the rotted floor joists and added jacks under the house to stabilize the floor that had shifted from the floor supports being compromised. They returned several times to adjust and check the stability of the floor. Each person was courteous and professional. I have called them for another job and am using them again. It was wonderful to FINALLY find a contractor with integrity and stands behind his work

The screened porch was just like adding a room addition on to the back of my home, it took some time, but it was well worth it. Everyone who worked on the project was courteous and professional, there was always good communication and attention to detail. I love my addition and best of all it looks like it has always been a part of my home. The second smaller job in the master bath was handled with the same attention to detail, making sure that everything was done correctly. I have other projects planned for the future, so it is nice to know I can count on Mike from Allied Construction Services

  • Tacoma Home Repairs
Terry is very fair and trustworthy. He has done work in our home many times when we were not in town. He is the kind of guy that you can hand your house key to without worry.

  • Guyette Roofing & Construction
Mr Guyette responded the day after I left my question. He came out that afternoon and gave me an estimate to remove my old shutters and install the new ones I had purchased. Two days later the work was performed quickly and professionally.

I was so happy with the work done last week, by Guyettes contracting. I canceled work to be done by another contractor. And had Bill Guyette finish the job. I would highly recommend this contractor!!!

They arrived promptly, about 5-10 minutes early in fact. I needed to move my truck so they could get in the back yard. By the time I was out of the truck, they were already on top of the garage scraping away old shingles. They completed the job in a few hours, cleaned up after themselves and left. They had done the roof on the house a few months earlier and they did a visual inspection to make sure everything was in place (it was) and ever swept the leaves off the roof without being asked. I cannot recommend them enough. They are good Christian folks who do not skimp on materials or cut corners. We asked about getting a metal roof and although they could have upsold us into something we really didn't need, they suggested conventional roofing. We've lived with a leaky roof for most of the time we've lived here. It has been such a good feeling that we no longer have to go from room to room to look for the latest leak. As much as it has been raining lately, it sure feels good to have a good roof over our heads

  • J P Millwork Inc
This nightmarish project has left us with a home which is virtually unsellable. J.P. Millworks is responsible for a majority of the poor workmanship in our home and was paid in full for their services. Among the many problematic issues are doors throughout the home which do not fit jambs, do not function properly, are cracking and deteriorating, are badly warped and leak. Flooring has now been affected by the water leaking under exterior doors and is cupping. Windows throughout the house do not function. Costly rafter tails are rotting. Exterior shutters are rotting. In several instances, specified materials were replaced with lesser quality materials without our knowledge. J. p. Millworks is aware of these issues and has refused to be responsible for the shoddy workmanship supplied by their company. The cost of this Millwork was significant in nature exceeding hundreds of thousands of dollars. J. P. Millworks has refused to address a single issue
