Tommy was very professional and spent time to get all my questions answered.

They did fantastic work! Started by pressure washing the deck to get it clean. I was very happy with the color and with how quickly they finished the job. The deck looks great.

They showed up on time and when they said they would. They performed all services in an exemplary fashion and finished everything within the time frame they said they would for a the price they quoted.

The owner came out originally to survey the project; took the time to answer all of my questions; and pointed out some things needing attention that I was not previously aware of. He then gave me a quote of $300 which I gladly accepted. Following that, two members of his crew came out several different times to work on fixing the leak, and then to make sure that the leak had in fact been repaired. After that they installed the new window sill, and then painted it with the exact same trim cover as the previous sill had. They were personable and always ensured my approval of the work performed before departing. (I have attached "before" and "after" photos. The black streaks on the "after" photo are my doing.)

I read a previous review that started, "Fantastic.."  I agree. 
Work was performed when and as stated, attention to detail was excellent, employees were good workers and professional, and they actually did more than I expected (attention to detail).   The owner is a good man and keeps his word. Plus, Mr. Glass gave a five year warranty on his work.
This is the only painting company I would ask to do work on my property here in Montgomery.

These guys were fantastic. Meticulous in their work. On time. His quote for service was several hundred dollars lower than other quotes received. I could not have been more pleased with Tommy's Painting and Carpentry. My neighbors who see the results are very impressed and plan to use them. I will use them again in the near future for some other needs I have around the house. I give them my highest recommendation.

 It was such a pleasure to work with Mr. Tommy Glass.  Before performing the work, I ran into Tommy at the movie theater.  It had been about 3 weeks since we met, he provided a quote and I scheduled to have the work performed.  I was quite impressed when we talked that he remembered the details of my job, i.e. needing to determine the source of the water damage in the soffit.

It was a pleasure to work with Tommy.  I deal with stress enough on my job.  I greatly appreciate his calm approach to meeting with customers and performing the work.

The one thing I really liked was that he works on the weekends so I didn't have to take time off from work. His crew was extremely professional and friendly. They were also very efficient. We had to delay painting the doors for a week due to weather, but he works with you to make it happen. I just reccommended him to our CEO for some work he needs to have done.

I could not possibly be more pleased. This is the ONLY time I've ever hired a contractor and had absolutely NO complaint. I really wish I had taken some before photos to share.

As stated above, it went extremely well.

Since I live out of state, I cannot determine the qaulity of the work firsthand.  My rental agent said it looked good.
Cost of work was very fair compaired to other estimates. 
Work took a couple of weeks longer than I expected but that may have been due to bad weather for the exterior painting.

Tommy and his crew were punctual, friendly, and professional. I try whenever possible to work with locally owned businesses.  Getting the washer and dryer in place without moving the water heater was extremely difficult. Tommy was willing to work with the plumber to get this done. Communication could have been a little better. I would have appreciated a heads up on the days they would be creating a lot of dust so I could have covered the kitchen with drop cloths. Also the dryer vent did not get installed. I expected this to be at least a day's set-back, however Tommy took care of it that same day. I can still complain about having to do laundry but not about my new laundry room.

When I first called Tommy he told me that I had called the right guy, and he was right. He came by to see the work, went and found some prices for us for a new door, and called to give a full estimate including the door. We had a last minute change in plans but Tommy just rolled with it. We bought our own door at Home Depot which Tommy picked up and brought to the job site on day one. Knowing they would not finish the work in one day he strategically left most of the wall in order to leave the house secure over night, then returned and completed the job the next day. The section of the house where the work was done was built in the 70's and while there were complications Tommy and his crew were more than up for the task.

Upon completion Tommy pointed out that there was quite a big step down from the house to the patio area and offered to build us a step that would nicely add to the look of the new door. This was great, but the new step required modifications to our gutter system as it would go across one of the drains. Tommy fixed that as well, with no change to the agreed upon price.

We love our new patio door, and already have Tommy scheduled for more work around the house.
