"He was very nice to work with and did an excellent job. He will be our heating and air conditioning company from now on. I would highly recommend him. He was fast and not too expensive. Thank you for suggesting his company. He is a small father and son company."

"I called Mr. Rubin (the owner) on Tuesday and described the work that I needed and he gave me a quote over the phone. We scheduled to have the work done on Thursday, but 15 minutes after I hung up, Mr. Rubin called back and said he had a cancellation and since, in our original conversation I had asked if he could do the work on Wednesday, we rescheduled to do the work beginning at 7:30 am Wednesday. Mr. Cruz (electrician) arrived on time and after a brief explanation of what was needed, began working on removing the old electrical cooktop, hood, and associated wiring. He installed a new receptacle for the new gas cooktop I will be putting in and also ran the wiring for the new range hood that will be installed later. He replaced the 30 amp breaker with a new 15 amp breaker and also pointed out some other issues that need attention. The work took approximately 2 hours to complete. Mr. Cruz was very professional in everything he did and took the time to answer any questions I had. He was very polite, as was Mr. Rubin. I was very please with the work performed and will use them again if the need arises."

"Mr Webb's work is very good and my wife and I are very pleased with his work, cost and work time.  We have used Complete Home Repair for several small repairs this year and have always been very pleased.  He shows up when he says he will and gets the job done.  So when we planned this latest project, we did not hesitate to call them and in fact did not even think about any one else.
We have in mind some other projects around here and will certainly call them first.  We found Complete Home Repair on Angie's list and have even found others for HVAC etc.

"he done a great job. The floor had rotted out under tile. I have a background in civil engineering and a "jackleg" carpenter, but at my age this project was to much for me to take on. When a sister came to visit she was afraid of failing through! I called Brian, got a quote and he started the next day. This sort of project is the hardest any contractor can take on . He completed it in a day and a half and a at fair price. I'll be proud to have company to come over."

Nest Installation questions, answered by experts

Yes, rats are social creatures that thrive together in packs. If you spot a solitary rat, there are likely more nearby. Their rapid breeding cycle and ability to slip through minute gaps in walls, floors, and foundations contribute to their presence. An infestation generally entails more than eight rats. A nest typically accommodates five to 10 of these rodents. When you spot one, it is crucial to take action. Rats can transmit diseases through urine droppings and even cause renal failure through bites.

Many people have reported success in using dryer sheets to deter mice. This result is likely due to the strong scent that the rodents don’t find favorable. However, using dryer sheets alone may not be a foolproof solution, and it's often better to combine various preventive measures, such as traps, repellent sprays, and proper storage practices, to protect your car from rodent infestations more effectively.

Yes, it’s safe to sleep in a house with termites. They don’t bite or spread disease and they aren’t likely to crawl on you or invade your personal space. However, termites can cause serious structural damage over time, which may compromise your home’s safety if left untreated. If you suspect an infestation, it’s best to schedule a professional inspection and treatment to prevent long-term risks to your property (not to mention your peace of mind).

No, you shouldn’t have to worry about bats in your yard as long as they don’t make their way inside your house. Typically, bats hang around backyards in order to consume bugs, especially if they’re located in the U.S. Bats that are native to North America can consume more than 500 bugs per hour, so they may actually benefit your yard if mosquitoes are prevalent.

An owl's worst enemy in the wild is often other raptors and environmental factors. Among the avian threats, larger owls or other birds of prey can pose a danger, engaging in territorial disputes or competing for food resources. Terrestrial predators like foxes, raccoons, and larger mammals may target owl nests or young fledglings. Environmental factors like severe weather conditions, habitat loss, and food availability changes can also significantly impact owl populations.
