"The Mad Hatter Air Duct Cleaning & Chimney Sweep Service did a good job in cleaning my chimney and recommending a couple of repairs. The only complaint I have is in the follow up to their initial service. I had no problem getting them to come out and perform the initial cleaning. But once we noticed the flute would not close, I called the office and it took them two weeks to come back out and resovle this issue. It only took them two days to come out and perform the inital cleaning. I was given an appointment but the person did not show up or call. I had to call the office to inquire why no one showed for the appointment."
