"There were issues with this install the garage floor was not level and sloped away. Mr. [Consumer Name Removed] a wife was show this and understood. Also when finishing she came in and knocked over a bucket of water and mud from when they were cleaning up and we had to use their shop vac since we didn?t carry one (we don?t need it for install) so we cleaned up the mess Mr [Consumer Name Removed] card declined at the end of the job so we tried two others and we suggested a check his wife indicated they needed to use credit card because they didn?t have the funds to cover a check. I personally told Mr. [Consumer Name Removed] I would come out and look at the issues however we also need to figure out payment. I have seen my installers pictures and they look great. I understand the corners may be off but that is due to the garage floor being off. Also we wouldn?t have taken any rakes we only use shovels and squeegees on these installs even the remaining reaidue is pressure washed out of the garage to the drive and then the drive is pressure washed to the street I would be glad to address any co concerns but we wouldn?t like to get paid eventually"
"The customer is correct as far as the interactions and the work. We were hired to clear and pile the customer wanted the cheapest option. We suggested they pay us slightly more to burn because without equipment it would be difficult. The customer realized this 2/3 months later and asked for a quote to burn the piles we quoted him and he didn?t like it so that ended the conversation. We were contacted about another month later and he said you told me you would root take the area after the piles were gone and I told him yes we will be glad too! I told him right now about 2-3 weeks and that angered him His response was if you can?t get here sooner than two weeks that gonna affect my reviews I asked him if he was threatening to leave us a bad review if we didn?t drop what we were doing to help him with a courtesy service we offer and he advises that he was gonna show me who was in charge and that we he says it needs to be done I better get on it ?? I will admit we declined any more service as we do not allow customers to threaten and treat us in this manner. All of our site prep jobs include a free revisit at the end of construction we come by and we dress up the work area after all the other contractors and trucks leave as a courtesy this was the homeowner doesn?t have to pay again for something simple We love to help our customers but we won?t be held review hostage due to poor planning I understand being in a hurry however when he had just reached out for the first time in a month with a decision on what he wanted, you have to expect to wait a little before equipment and people can move to your job"
