He explained what it would take to fix it and gave me a quote. He came in and performed the job much more quickly than anticipated. He didn?t have me calm and test the floor repair. I literally jump across various places on the floor to try to hear the cracking squeaking sounds but they were all gone. The owner was able to pull back the carpet in three rooms, address the areas where the builder missed the floor choice and screwing down the flooring. They were able to face the carpet right back.
