The only difference was a small difference in the thickness of the liner material. AFS was substantially higher and used very high pressure sales techniques. So I went with Crawlspace DR. They were timely every day and worked with the HVAC contractor to complete the total crawlspace repair. They dug a drainage system and installed two sump pumps prior to soda blasting the entire Crawlspace. The space was then encapsulated and dehumidifier installed with new electrical circuits and water alarms in the garage.
