The sales person got back to me and answered all my questions, the installation crew was incredible and they did a really great job and there are very little seams on my whole house. The clean up crew was great and the whole job for the entire exterior of my house was done in two days. They installed siding for the whole house, installed soffit and fascia boards, and installed the gutters and downspouts. The house looks phenomenal and they did a really great job. The painting crew was extremely kind, professional, and courteous. They did an outstanding job on my cabinets! And I even asked them to add something that I forgot to mention at the beginning and they fixed my crown molding for free! Truly cannot recommend them enough- very easy to work with. A month ago, I needed some major worked done to my house, from siding, soffits, new gutters, brick work. I decided to get some quotes from some contractors around the area. Residential Facelift quote was by far the most competitive of all the contractors. I was a little skeptical at first but I have to say they did a great job on my house.

The owner, Robert Fugate, really wants the customer to be happy with the work and will do whatever it takes to get the job done right. I was very surprised that I could call/text him anytime and he responded very quickly.

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
