They always asked if they were not exactly sure how something needed to be done so it was done right. They even went back and changed something my wife wanted but I did not communicate to them very clear with no issues. Bill even cut a backsplash piece off for me that was 1/4 inch to long and installed it. This is a family owned business that knows how to treat their customers. They were also very through on the cleanup inside and outside the house where they were working. If I need tile work in the future will be calling them back."
