"I'm so pleased I selected Bill Morin to perform my bathroom tile project. A dripping shower faucet (in a house built in the 1960s) had caused serious damage to the bathroom floor, to the point it was dangerous to walk on. Early on, I knew I was dealing with a true professional, who came to do a job, and do it well. Even when Bill encountered an unexpected obstacle, he took it in stride, and managed to joke and make me laugh during an understandably stressful time. Finally, when I realized there was a minor plumbing adjustment that needed to be made days after the job was completed, Bill drove more than an hour from his house to mine on a Saturday morning to address the matter. If you need a tile project performed, Bill is definitely the man to call."

"Everything went great except the installation (price, selection, time for installation, etc.). came to install a week early. Had a backsplash width issue, so I sawed it down.left things undone. promised to be back and finish. I called a few days after the install and told them to forget the backsplash, but come finish the job and get their tools. called several times and was promised a return. It has been three weeks and I still have not seen them. I removed the piece of backsplash left in place and the sink clamps.
