Mr. Medina is terrific to explain the full services. His services include cleaning the fence and the job site, obtaining appropriate permissions from the HOA, neighbors, and owners, obtaining all of the supplies to repair and stain the fence, and keep us updated continually. Very respectful and kind to us and provided the concierge services we desired without the exorbitant prices of other contractors who perform lower quality work. I would highly recommend Mr. Medina and his crew.

We needed some painting and trim replacement done before the holidays. Ryan painted our kitchen, utility room, and two story foyer. He did a great job. Not only was he on schedule he was able to tell us what he was going to do each day which he did complete. His attention to detail and quality was amazing. He was on time every day and called before he got here. He finished on time. We Highly recommend Ryan. We will call him again.

We hired Fine Coatings to paint the interior of our whole house. They accommodated us for the time frame we needed right after closing on our new home and started that weekend. They did an excellent job and worked hard (every day) in order to get the job done in the shortest amount of time possible. Mr. Medina is professional and courteous, very nice and a perfectionist and takes pride in his work. The cost was VERY reasonable and we have already requested more estimates on work to be done. They did such an awesome job the first time that we will not need to look any further for our next projects. We will hire Fine Coatings again and highly recommend them!!
