I'm very much a researcher, so I wanted to discuss different approaches to tiling the kitchen, what I had seen in YouTube videos, experiences friends of mine had, and what I should expect if I used him. While he was assessing my project for the quote, we had an in-depth discussion on what I wanted, various techniques/options that he would and would not recommend and why, the methods for how he would actually do the work, and his experience to back it all up. He has a very calm, thoughtful, and knowledgeable demeanor that isn't overbearing or dismissive - it makes you feel confident in him and the care he will take with your project. He showed up exactly when he said he would, every day, communicated promptly and on par with my continued querying, protected the walkway and surfaces around the site, completed the job in the timeframe he estimated, and he went out of his way (without complaint or annoyance) to use the products I requested (particular grout brand/color, etc.). I could go on and on about how impressed I am with Andrey and the process/outcome of my tiling project. Safe to say, I will use him again - in fact, I will go out of my way to find more for him to do! My only concern is that his work and work ethic are so phenomenal that his schedule will surely fill up, and he won't have time to do any more projects at my house!"
