"This used to be a good company but the last job they did was bad quality. They recaulked my shower less than a year ago and it's already cracking and coming out. I paid over $600, which is way too much but I thought it was being done correctly. I called to have them checkout the problem but they wanted to charge me a $90 diagnostic fee just to look at it. They did a lot of work for me in the past but I guess it's time to look for a new plumber. I'm very disappointed."

He showed up promptly, did good work, even went above and beyond when he found out how ignorant I was on it all. Showed me how to turn the hot water heater on and off, and water as well. And they ended up charging me considerably less than the estimate. Definitely will be using them again when needing a plumber."
