"Ms. [member name removed], I am sorry you are unhappy with our service. When unstopping a sewer line we are not always able to determine the cause of the stoppage. The plumbers do attempt to retrieve what ever is obstructing the pipe but sometimes it's not possible. We offered to warranty our service and send a truck out at no additional charge but you chose not to accept. I'm confident if given the chance we would have solved your plumbing issue. Again, I'm sorry you were displeased with us and I hope you will give us a chance to make it up to you in the future."
"[member name removed], I am sorry you are unhappy with our service, I will try to explain some of the issues with your service call and hopefully you will give us the chance to make it up to you in the future. Your service call was scheduled for 1st thing that morning, we had a slight delay in our schedule due to one of our plumbers out with an injury. Our receptionist apologized to you for the delay and explained our situation, she said you were very understanding over the phone. Once our plumber arrived & checked the pressure valve on your water heater he determined it required a valve with an extra long shank. All of our service trucks are stocked with a pressure valve containing a regular shank and one with a long shank. Yours, however, required a shank even longer than our long one. My plumber contacted a few plumbing suppliers nearby but no one had one he thought would be a proper fit. He came to our warehouse & got one from our stock he thought would be long enough but it was just shy of it. He then contacted a plumbing supplier on the other side of town & they had one longer. He had to drive across town to purchase this special part and that's why the job took so long. I assure you that you were not charged extra for his search. I apologize for your inconvenience during this service call and I hope I have shed some light on the situation for you. Again, I hope you will give us the opportunity to make it up to you in the future."
