This used to be a good company but the last job they did was bad quality. They recaulked my shower less than a year ago and it's already cracking and coming out. I paid over $600, which is way too much but I thought it was being done correctly. I called to have them checkout the problem but they wanted to charge me a $90 diagnostic fee just to look at it. They did a lot of work for me in the past but I guess it's time to look for a new plumber. I'm very disappointed.

I requested someone to come out and clean my tankless hot water heater that is a year and a half old. They wanted to charge $472 to flush it. I refused to pay that amount, but I did have to pay a $96 "diagnostic fee" for him to take photos of the tank and my serial number. I feel the lady I spoke to when I set up the appointment should have given me a price range of how much it would cost to have them clean it. That would have saved me $96. I will not be using this company again.

Very professional and friendly. Will definitely hire again for future projects.

He came and didn't do anything that was required in the Deal. I had to pay $200 for him to come out and all he did was replace the wax seal. He actually broke the flapper on the toilet and he said I never even looked in your toilet. I said well therefore you never did the toilet tuneup I paid for. It was horrible. 

He even told me he didn't care of I paid for a toilet tuneup or not. He was really rude. I should have called the BBB, he was so rude. He was so ugly to me.

What impressed me is that he took his shoes off when he came in the house. He was courteous and reasonably priced.

My Mom's toilet and bathtub were backed up and over flowing. I called Walley Plumbing Co. They responded immediately and dispatched a crew to her home. They located the source of the back-up, dug up the old pipes, cleaned the system, made the necessary repairs. Very Good People , Great Company ! Thanks Guys.

After texting them a photo of my water heater they arrived late with the wrong shape tank. Instead of connecting the unit with similar piping, flexible hoses were used and I was charged extra for them. He used a pair of chanellocks on all the fittings instead of the correct tools. I can't access the drain for maintenance now because of the tank's shape. Spliced the electric supply with a smaller piece of cord (may be a hazard). Moved my drip pan around and now I have an opening to the outside that used to be filled with foam. I didn't even get my senior citizen discount that they advertise. I'll never, ever use their services again.

The job went great. Excellent service and price.

Installation went well. Taylor was able to remove the flanged drain that had broken slotted holes and replace with new and install the toilet I supplied. I will certainly call Walley Plumbing again for some renovation I have planned.

I actually wanted to buy two deals but they wouldn't let me saying "we don't make any money of those...we just do that to get you to commit to bigger work orders". Fair enough, I suppose, except that they then put me off time and time and time again. I told them up front that I was not prepared to wait because I have a running dispute with MAWSS who sent me a bill exceeding $500 for one month. They scheduled me first for Friday of last week. They called Friday saying it would now be Monday. I reminded them of the urgency. They did not show Monday either, saying they would be there Thursday. I reminded them again of the urgency. They called again Thursday saying they would be their Friday. I told them, no more excuses, come take care of your obligation before my water gets turned off. They failed to show again on Friday, the day that MAWSS turned off my water. They obviously put anybody that buys a deal at the bottom of the list day after day. Now they are indignant and threatening me, refusing to provide service, denying any responsibility for my problem, and claiming they have no obligation to either work or refund my money. AVOID THESE THIEVES AND LIARS AT ALL COSTS OR YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY. They are a disgrace to the profession.

Very well. The plumber was very knowledgeable, efficient and professional. He was also very neat and clean. He came when expected on two separate days. He first installed the usual parts to stop the leak, but then he checked it and found the toilet was still leaking. He ordered new parts and as soon as they arrived, he came the next morning to install them. He also solved the problem we had with a discolored ring around the drain.

Could not have been more professional.  Matched the original bronze faucet and it looks great!!  Will definitely use them again.

I got them through Angie's List and they were really nice. I was really pleased with that and I intend to call him again whenever I need a plumbing service in the future. I had a bad drain in the kitchen sink and he had to replace the drain and the piping underneath it.

If you live near the company I would highly recommend Walleys. They are the most professional and considerate service I have ever used. I became familiar with Walleys on an Angie's list offer to inspect plumbing and replace a toilet flapper for a very reasonable price. On the first visit, Mr Walley replaced the inside of one of my toilets that was running longer than normal, and inspected all of the concerns we had about our plumbing, and did not charge any extra for this call. When I called, I discussed with Mr Walley about the fact that we live in another county and he said they do work here and would schedule us when they would be near our area. After a few months I noticed that another toilet kept running and called them to repair that one. Since I have 4 of the same toilets, I thought it would make sense to replace the other 3 at one visit. I also had a bathroom faucet and kitchen faucet sprayer that had started to leak. This time Chris came and very professionally changed the interiors of the 3 toilets. However, the kitchen faucet was necessary to replace the sprayer. I was fortunate to have records and receipts for the purchase of the faucet and called Kohler. Kohler then sent me a replacement at no cost, so it was unnecessary for Walleys to further work on it. Chris showed me how to unscrew the original and screw on the new one. Very simple. I am a DIY person, and through a YouTube demo, was able to determine the problem with the bathroom faucet and ordered the part. I was not able to loosen the faucet to get to the part for fear of damaging the faucet. Chris was able to use a product to loosen the faucet and replace the part that I ordered and it did, indeed, fix the leak. When it was time to compute the bill, I was shocked to find that I needed to pay the hourly $110 per hour fee for travel time from their shop to our house and also gas. I feel that the time spent on their telephone calls to other customers while on my time should have been considered on my charges. I feel that $536 dollars was quite high for the work done. It makes me feel that the Angie's list offer was misleading and set up for future calls at an unreasonable rate. Again, if you live near their shop, call them.. But, if you live more than 15 minutes from them, be prepared to PAY.

I called Walley Plumbing around 8 am and was told they were pretty booked but they would text me and let me know if they could work me in. Chris called me around 4 pm and came and did some troubleshooting to figure out why we had no hot water pressure after having a new tank installed the previous day. He was professional and friendly and solved the problem in an hour. I will recommend this company to my friends and will definitely use them again if I have plumbing issues.
