William is awesome, we have been using him for going on 6 or 7 years He is always prompt professional and always a great job!

I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars!! I have used them for many other jobs and they have always been efficient, well informed and reasonably priced. I am writing this review because they saved my butt. I hired someone whom I thought knew what he was doing to install an in home generator. Turns out, he did not. When I asked Coker Plumbing to come out to give me an estimate for hook up, the owner called me immediately to tell me it had not been installed correctly and told me to call ESP right away. I won’t go into the whole sordid story, but will say other companies may have ran the lines knowing the generator wasn’t installed correctly. Coker did not. In fact, they refused, unless ESP put in writing it was ok, which it was not. Had I gone with a dishonest company, I could have been out thousands of dollars. I highly recommend them.

They did a great job specifying the correct plumbing required for a natural gas supply for a pool heater and generator. They helped me navigate the wilds of permitting with Santa Rosa Counting and Gulf Breeze City. They were also able to pivot and help with some extra work required with the gas line and able to repair the outside water spigots.

Joseph & Tristan were professional, polite, and efficient. They showed up 10 minutes EARLY not hours late! They solved my problem in under an hour, at the quoted price, and went above and beyond. Before & after the appointment communication was great. Highly recommend this company.

I previously left a positive review for this company, but unfortunately, my most recent experience was deeply disappointing. After having my main water line replaced as part of a bathroom upgrade (at the recommendation of this plumber), the pipe failed shortly afterward?leaking over 30,000 gallons of water into my yard. When I contacted him with clear photo evidence, he initially refused to even look at the issue, taking no responsibility for the work. I had to beg him to come inspect the damage, which he finally did 36 hours later?by which time the leak had already caused a $300 spike in my water bill. I only replaced this pipe because he advised it during my remodel. Now I'm stuck with damage and an unnecessary bill. This is not how you stand behind your work, and it?s definitely not how you treat a repeat customer. Very disappointing.

I hired this company and the first time they came out, the experience was wonderful ? the two workers were very kind and professional. However, they forgot to secure a bolt, so they sent out a second crew to fix it. Unfortunately, the second experience was very disappointing. They left my bathroom a MESS, with what looked like mud (or worse) smeared on the wall, toilet, door, and the floor. On top of that, the part they installed looked a bit out of place. They also mentioned being ready to go home, which made it seem like they rushed through the job. I find it very unprofessional that they didn?t clean up after themselves or at least let me know they had made a mess. I had to repaint my walls.

I definitely recommend Will and his team for any plumbing services needed. I've hired them to do several major projects in the last few years, including new main sewer lines with grinder station, new build bathroom plumbing, and upgrading existing plumbing supply lines. Always a pleasure to work with and everything is clean and professionally done. Thanks again!

Replaced my shower valve fast effective affordable

William and his team were amazing! Our septic tank needed to be pumped and he and his guys were on top of it. Very fairly priced and extremely professional! Will absolutely be referring Coker Plumbing to anyone with septic or plumbing needs. Thanks so much!
