Residential Promotion: AK PRO'S is offering seasonal packages starting with our Spring cleanup package at a base rate of $120. Summer lawn service rate are per 1/4 acre.$40 per 1/4 acre, $75 per 1/2 acre, $115 per 3/4 acre and $150 per 1 acre.( 4 weekly mows the 5th will be FREE!). If the estimate exceed per acre base rate we will subtract 20% off the final bill. We do offer fertilization (strongly recommend), calprit lime pellets(strongly recommend), edging, pruning and hedging all at an additional cost. We are offering snow plowing at a base rate of $20 and Snow shoveling walkways at cost of $7.50 per 15ft.
