I realize it snowed the day they came out and I had wanted them to put gutter covers on after cleaning. They stated the shingles were just cracking when they attempted. The neighbors later told me the guy that was on my roof look terrified and did not get within two feet of the edge of the roof line despite being roped up. I don't feel that it should have taken two hours to clean the gutters since I had done them by myself the winter before and it only took me two hours and they had not been cleaned in at least 8 years.

I have other projects pending and hire them again. Great service. I wished they had the tools to start when arrived.
