"This was a large project with 3 floors of windows and a steep pitch roof to work around. I had a great experience from the first estimate through the replacement installation of windows and patio door(s) and finishing with the custom window - awesome front office and very experienced crew! Would call and hire again in a heartbeat! Recommended to a co-worker..."

"This is the second year Windowman has cleaned my windows. The men who performed the work were polite and did a good job. There was a mix-up with payment that the owner took care of before I even noticed there was an issue. The work didn't happen on the day I'd originally been told but was done a couple days later. I didn't need to be home since it was exterior so that was perfectly fine and not an inconvenience.

"We had many issues with our computer - primarily with the CD/DVD drive and iTunes. Jim eliminated over 700 viruses from our computer, which was just the beginning. There continued to be problems within the systems of the computer. Luckily Jim charges by the job and not by the hour because he worked a LONG time to make it all work.  He kept in touch with me and addressed each issue as it arose until the job was done.  He was professional and courteous and hung in there until I was satisfied he had addressed everything. I would highly recommend Jim and will definitely use his services in the future, as needed.

"Sales process was good, courteous and helpful. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Did have a small issue with one sensor which was easily solved with a call. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."

"Curtis was at my house within 3 hours of my initial call. He measured everything and gave me a quote on triple paned windows and labor that was $300. 00 less than another company had given for single pane glass. The windows were ordered and arrived on time. On the day of installation he and his crew arrived right on time and the installation, finishing and clean up were accomplished in under two hours. No surprises in billing and he and his crew were professionals throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs glass work done."

"They did a beautiful job on our windows. I will definitely hire them again."

"Jake Fraser and Derek Thomas were excellent representatives for renewal by Andersen. My wife and I cans wait for our installation crew to install my windows here in Anchorage alaska."
