"Francis said it would take 3 days to complete, but it took 8 days. It was wood look tile, and I said I wanted it totally random pattern, but the tiles weren't totally random. �His sub-contractor (Jesus also said call him Jesse) made a mess between the neighbors and my house cleaning tools and buckets. I said I wanted transitions to other rooms like the one already done, but not like them. Took a while to get Francis to come over to look at mistake, then he wanted me to call Jesse, so I did. Jesse� kept saying he will come next Wednesday, but lied over and over. Finally about 2 1/2 months later I got them both to come together. We all made an agreement to sort of fix it, but 2 more weeks of lies from Jesse then no contact. I haven't heard from either one of them for over a month now, so I'm done with them. After years of wanting to get this done, I?m disappointed I spent over $3,000 and it?s not like I wanted. I guess my only choice to get it done correctly is to sue them."

He was having trouble With his shampooer. We put four fans on To try to help dry ,Thank God it was a hot day Had it done on Wednesday late afternoon We put a few things back Thursday We had to live on it. Will finish put things back Today Friday. I would use them again."
