They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, answered our text quickly and texted to come earlier than planned, which was great! They did a very good job, price was good and cleaned up when finished. I would hire them again and will recommend them to others.

It went just great!

Did not estimate time well and had to come back a different day. Was not a big issue for us, but could have been for someone else. Few spots were not done perfectly and I could have pointed it out if I was there before he left. I am sure he would come back out and fix if it was a major concern of mine. You do expect it done right the first time though.

had to list house asap but carpets had dog tear. Used before so called. he came out next day, and fixed carpet and cleaned carpet. AMAZING cant tell tear and carpet in other rooms we thought we were gonna have to buy new .nope looks new. thanks

Very punctual and professional.  Repaired berber carpet in two places and did a great job.  Can't see the repair at all.  Then cleaned 5 rooms plus stairs.  We are thrilled with the work done and highly recommend him.

Carpet in the bedroom and closet was rippled. Marco explained over the phone what needed to be cleared to do the work and gave me a quote of what it would cost. We set a time for him to arrive and do the work. Marco arrived on time and did the work using a professional power stretcher. Once the carpet was stretched, he was true to his estimate and explained how to prevent it from rippling again. The bedroom and closet look and feel great again.
