Job has many areas that need to be fixed as pavers are coming off of the steps and sinking in some areas, I contacted the owner on April 4th, been getting the run around and am still waiting to hear back, it is now April 23. I think I have been very patient, I need this fixed immediately."

Most exterior masonry work done in freezing temperatures tends to cost more because of the preparation and protection involved to keep the masonry from freezing before the mortar cures properly. Solid masonry is a wall or other brick or stone structure built on a concrete footing, and the masonry supports itself.
