"First, you were not an Angie's List referral, your request came via our website. The "trading of multiple calls and email messages" were due to your busy schedule and traveling. Interesting, a year later, after you did not show up for the August 2, 2018 on-site appointment scheduled at 12:00 PM. The Owner of VIKING Masonry was there, while he waited for you approximately 20 minutes, he performed the inspection and calculated the dimensions required for the gate columns. We never received a call on our mobile nor the office or an email that you would be late or were unable to make it. On August 4, 2018, we sent a preliminary quote via email. We never heard another word from you until now, and we emphasize, until now, one year later in a misleading and gratuitous review. If our price was more than you anticipated or not within your budget, a simple reply as such would suffice."

We never received the scope of work or photos to evaluate. The owner actually works in the field and it was our intern you spoke with on the phone, who advised on the 4th call in late August that we were booked and our first available on-site appointment was January 15, 2019. We have not heard from nor received an email from you since that time. Leaving this type of review for services that were not provided based on a request that we could not fulfill due to time and lack of information is unfounded. We have been and continue to honor your request but, we need the information and photos requested in order to provide a generic quote. Our next available onsite appointment is 1/17/19.
